Annual Open Day

We are please d to be able to announce  our annual open day.

This will take place on Saturday August 5th with trains running from approximayely 1130 until 1800

Normal public fare will apply, but a ticket system will be in place to help speed up station times.

Current News

We are now back to normal operating on the ground level  track, whilst work continues on stabilising and infilling t the New raised track. We hope to be able to open this to the public later in the year.

Unfortunately we had to increase public fares from January. Like everyone, we have incurred a number of instead costs over the last few years, which we have absorbed, but can no longer so without cutting back severely on our charity donations. Our fare has been kept at the old level of 50p for a number of years, and we hope we can do the same with the current fare, which is now £1 per person.

In response to an increasing demand from our customers, we are now accepting payment by all major crefit/ debit cards. The system I s still new to us, and we are still learning how  to use it, so please be patient if paying by this method!
